    3-4 Recessive Gene Mutations?

Are Their Any Ball Python Morphs With 3-4 Recessive Genes? Like An Albino Clown Ghost Pied? If Not, How Come? Is It Because It's More Difficult To Produce Than Multiple Co-Dominant & Dominant Gene Morphs? Sorry For The Strange Question. I'm just Curious.

Because the chances of producing a Double Recessive from DH is 1/16 per egg, producing a triple recessive is 1/64 (I have a friend that produced a Snow Pied this year so triples are happening) and to produce a quadruple recessive your chances per egg are 1/256

I know there are a couple 3 gene visual recessives.
Good things take time, lots of time.

    Re: 3-4 Recessive Gene Mutations?

I will add this remember that producing a single gene recessive from hets is 1/4 and sometime even that is not that easy.

    A quadruple could take decades.

Dang. I Thought The Chances Of Producing A Multi Recessive Morph Was The Same As Producing A Multi Co-Dominant Morph. Is This Wrong?

I Know It's More Difficult Because Of All The Het Breeding Though.

This is the main reason I'm only working with one recessive gene at the moment. I'd love to make lightning pieds or maybe genetic stripe pieds someday, but multiple recessives are hard to produce. So I stuck with some good codom genes. I've seen people add clown into dreamsicle projects, so that's three recessive genes right there, but four? Hoo boy.

Ghost And Albino would not be something I would mix an Albino ghost is really just a more "Orangy Albino" nothing extraordinary IMO http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/albino-ghost/

Now a Lavender Snow Clown Pied on the other end
