Nope - it looks like you copied and pasted from your local computer.

You can load the pics from there into your user gallery here.

Click GALLERY in the box titled MAIN MENU up to your left there

(gimme a few minutes and I will paste some images of what to do)

The Pic has be posted in the Gal section

Cool - if you look at the pic you should see a line of code there that starts with [ img ]url.blahblahblah [ /img ] (no spaces)

If you copy that line with the IMG tags and paste it in you r post that makes the picture display within the post itself.

Sorry I was trying to make some screenshots for a walkthrough but work is being a reeeeeal @@@@@ this week.
