Kinked baby ball
I just hatched a baby with a kink that is inverting the hemipenes of this pinstripe. Anyone have any advise?

I would recommend a vet also...

It's hard to know if a little growth will give him the muscular strength to pull those inside or not.

Aww, sorry to see this. I would place him in a small deli cup with ventilation holes and on moist paper towels. This way you will help him minimize a injury and or infection of the hemipenes. Call the exotic vet and see how soon they can get you in.

Re: Kinked baby ball
When you have a prolapse your time is limited before the hemipenes start to dry out and become necrotic which is why they need to be pushed back in immididiately.
Your case makes everything more difficult since the kink likely play a role.
I doubt the draditional method of pushing back or using sugar water will work here, you can always try but the likely solution will be surgery.
