    I just went to the zoo and..

    By golly I want a boelen's python! I never knew they were so gorgeous. Anyone know where I can get one/learn more? Looked on kingsnake.. nothing.

    gorgeous looking snake but I was unable to find out any real info n it other than is can reat lengths of 15'

    It's hard to find info. I found a rather old (1998) article, and it said imports were $1000 and CBB rare and of course more pricey. I don't know if they are any cheaper now.

    I read that in a interview with Bob Clark. As I said it wasn't a current article.

    I guess I won't be getting one any time soon. But, I WILL have a pair someday.

    Also....as far as I know, they are endangered, and I don't think it is legal to import them anymore...I could be wrong though.

    They are definitely gorgeous snakes. I saw one in person for the first time at the Tinley Park NARBC show last October.

    Far as I can tell they are not endangered. At least that's a good sign..

    I just can't believe the iridescence on them.
