    calcium

calcium is one of the most important things in a geckos diet, as far as i am concerned there is no such thing as too much.

ok first off d3 isnt needed leo's are nocturnal and dont need it, not that it hurts any. d3 is needed in beardies and other such sun worshipers for calcium production

if you feed crickets pour some calcium powder over the crickets in the bag and "shake and bake" the crickets till they are covered white with calcium

if you feed mealworms a good gut load is needed
calcium powder will suffocate the mealworms.
remember what your mealworm eats is what the gecko eats
i used to gut load with a product called "cricket yummies"
and in the mealworm dish i would put a 50/50 mixture of "vionate" ( vitamin mineral powder ) and calcium. the vionate is coarse enough not to suffocate the mealworms and this allowed the mealworms to eat and the geckos to suppliment themselves

you could also put a small dish of calcium powder in the set up and most time the gecko will eat the calcium powder

hope this helps... better late than never
