Re: Some new pictures (dial up warning)

That was all the motivation I needed lol.

Here are some updated pics of a few of my T's as well.

B.smithi (nice hairy butt on this Redknee)

B.auratum (raising this Flameknee from an itsy bitsy sling)

L.parahybana (also raised form a sling - seems a very slow grower - though eats well)

A.avicularia (Pinktoe chica makes her way back into her lair where she's got a molt hung)

H.longipedum - of course this insane screeching thing is still the unholy terror of the lot. To be perfectly honest I'd rather deal with our AfRock when she's pissed or Smynx's psychotic strike-o-matic female fuscus than this thing. I nearly had a coronary when rehousing it - it's just insanely fast and makes some horrid sounds.

All in all I've only got 9 (my son has an additional rosehair though) - but I know thats a number destined to grow.

Re: Some new pictures (dial up warning)

Nice shots. I have raised the GBB since it was small enough to be housed in a film canister. It graduated up to a deli cup a while ago. Never fails to eat.

I believe it is the first of two slings to be raised from 2nd or 3rd instar. (Past the eggs with legs stage and to the point where it has some color). The only other T i've bought that was that small (I"m pretty sure of it), is my Pamphobeteus sp "Ecudor". I've got a T that will be around 9" from leg to leg at adult size currently in a 50 dram vial, it's so tiny Most of my collection has been raised from around the 1" or less mark.

Re: Some new pictures (dial up warning)

I was looking through this thread to see which pictures were in here.

Acutally, I thought L.parahybana was a pretty quick grower...I don't own one though.
