Sorry...had to do it... (warning GROSS)

Never ever have I seen an animal so small expel something this big. My larger female bp hadn't passed a bowel in a month or two; I guess she was saving this one up. This is insane.

    Enjoy!

PS. I switched to using no substrate on the floor of my AP cages for both snakes. Its amazing how much liquid urine that I am now able to clean out of there. You can even see how much their is in that picture. The cages smell brand new, and I don't want to imagine how much bacteria that bark or other subrates absorb and only get cleaned out every so often.

Id rather my big snakes poo then urate

If 2 of my big boa's urate at the same time its enoguh to clear out the neighborhood.

I have also switched to using no substrate and disposable substrate ( paper towel, newpaper )

It takes me a full roll of paper towel to soak up all the liquid from the urates from my 8' gal

    and boy does it stink.....

My boa can put out stuff that you'd think came out of a human.. and she's not that big.

I sure can tell when she's gone.. phew! Icky poopy boa.. I find the urates relatively inoffensive.

Good lordy!!!! Glad I'm not snacking at the computer LOL! Geesh Baby just had her first poop with us the other night and it smelled a bit but it was a little bitty thing, can't imagine what that lil "present" did to the ambience of the room LOL.

Yeah, those boas can definately GO!
I know the minute I walk into the room, if someone has gone. Imagine if snakes, with their primitive little digestive tracts, went to the bathroom as a dog or cat!

Although it would be nice if they would use a litter box...
