    Who loves frogs!!!

    I think I do.

The new Reptiles magazine is out and "It's Raining Frogs!" Here's my question:
What kind of frogs make cool noises? I am contemplating getting a frog to tide me over until I can get a Borneo STP and African House Snake (Cannot get them until I move out of the parents house.... once I'm out it's more snakes and a motorcycle for me! )

Anyways - what kind of frogs are easy for the beginner to keep and make exotic noises (I like the sound of bullfrogs but I can get that all the time )

thanks to any of those who enlighten me!
    These forums are the best!

here is a good frog link!

    Re: Who loves frogs!!!

    I love 'em too

Murphy occassionally makes cute noises when there is a good TV show on, LoL. He would probably be more vocal if he had a buddy who spoke his language. There are some sites that have White's noises on them, I'll see what I can find.

Australian's are pretty, very green, sometimes blue, while the Indonesian(always WC) are usually brown and olive.

There are Gray Tree Frogs, Red-Eyes..

What about some Poison Dart Frogs? Those are so pretty

Hope that gave you some ideas.

definately! Thank you so much. I actually was in love with the Coqui? You may have read about all the problems they're having in Hawaii with them currently... so probably can't get my hands on one
Whites are actually my second fav so we'll see if I end up getting one... first have to save up for that engagement ring.

Aww, Coqui are cute! Little copper-colored froggies. They stay pretty small, don't they? I've always had my eye on Waxy Monkey Tree Frogs, since they get HUGE, and the Tiger Leg Tree Frogs, very perdy. I guess I just like big frogs, I don't know.

Red eye's can be pretty vocal also, stay small but are a delicate frog compaired to alot of the other tree frogs out there.
