NEW Pick up for NWRE and Eclair updates

I see some of you were also at NWRE this weekend! We also went out there and came home with a new little boy. I've been thinking for a while that I needed to add ghost into my projects somewhere, but I new it had to come in the right combo. Apparently the right combo was a pewter ghost. Picked this little guy up from Priceless Pythons. He's TINY, only 69 grams, and apparently he and the boy next to him at the table were twins! He's my first male too. We've named him Riddle at my spouse's suggestion (because ghost snake).

He's settling in well for as long a car trip as he had yesterday. Seems rather outgoing and curious. He's barely thicker than my thumb, so I'm going to offer a hopper mouse tomorrow, and then again on Monday. Once I'm confident he's a good eater I'll get him settled onto the weekly feeding schedule then switch him to f/t on his next shed cycle.

Meanwhile, my enchi pied girl was switched to f/t with no problem, and has a very enthusiastic eating response. She's starting to get over her shyness; last handling session she didn't ball at all, and even tolerated gentle head touching.

Honestly, I melt a little bit ever time I get Eclair out. She's beautiful and precious, my little snake daughter!

On the one hand, hypo silver bullet, wow yes. On the other I live in fear of the super cinny kinking defect, so I don't know if I'm going to try it yet. Lot of other things I can do with a nice ghost combo though!

Congrats on that good looking Riddle!

That second pic of your Pied will steal anyone's heart. What a cutie and so beautiful as well.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Who remembers when the little man was barely thicker than my thumb last year...

Don't know that I'd call him a little man. Looks like a nice big strong man to me.

IRK? Not quite a year and he's gone from 69g to almost 600g! I gues Arcade is the little man now, but it's still hard not to think of Riddle as the little guy when he so tiny.
