    Chase-n-reptiles is awesome

I thought I would leave a positive review for Chase Delles and Russell Dabritz. I recently received a super tiger citron retic from Chase and Russell, and I couldn't have been happier with the transaction. From the moment I contacted them, both Chase and Russell were professional and incredibly communicative. Russell answered all of my questions almost immediately, and worked out a price that was fantastic. The retic I ordered is wonderful, and Russell has continued to be a source of information well after the transaction was completed. Definitely a model for how online reptile ordering should be done.

    Good post Josh!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Is this honestly a negative remark to a post about a completely positive experience?

And no, not all 'reputable' breeders conduct themselves like I mentioned above. I have worked with MANY so called 'reputable breeders' and ended up not purchasing from them after experiencing their repulsive and arrogant attitudes.

Russell went far above and beyond basic customer service.

Thanks for sharing your experience! If I ever decide to get a retic I'll remember them.
Stickyalvinroll- you've been trashing everyone lately, huh?

No... Not trashing anybody. Just typing what comes to mind. If you think that I'm "trashing" people then you have a very sheltered life.

Not only do they provide a good quality animal, they'll also have to kiss your shoe to be "reptutable" huh?

    Good stuff Josh.

Chase's father owns the largest reptile pet store in the Twin Cities. I have always been happy with them and am not surprised Chase is good to work with.

Going the extra step goes a long way. Glad you are happy enough to post positive comments. A lot of sales are just the exchange of money and pet. Nothing wrong with that but you got the "something extra". Awesome.
