    Yellow just ate and is doing great. Very skittish though, strikes the glass unprovoked, shows all the signs of a wild caught animal. He is farm bred of course but these farms are not that far away form
    the jungle environment I think...

    Took about 2 weeks within once shed cycle. Now the question is degree of yellow that is going to remain...

    So the yellow male from Kofiau turned green within 3 weeks. Significant loss in monetary value but he still looks amazing:

    He is amazing but I liked him better. I am a sucker for yellow snakes.

    He is farm bred so they are parasites. Medication killed them but only surgery can remove the worms and the abscess, which is unnecessary stress on the snake.

    Interesting! They wouldn't decompose in there or anything? I've seen similar bumps in a wild caught vine snake, I guess it also had parasites.
