hey ok heres the deal, my family has had a specticaled caimen named lyle (lyle lyle crocodile) for the past ten years and sadly he died late this summer of unknown causes. so we are all heartbroken and we still have the indoor and outdoor facilities for a large aligator, not to mention the frozen rats, filters, heaters ect., and basically if anyone knows of or has a large (3 or more feet preferably) aligator/caimen/croc, whatever, if you dont want it anymore, or cant take care of it due to size or housing then we really really really want it. we didnt realize how much we loved our gator till we lost him and we really want to fill that aligator sized gap we're missing. so ya, any large aligators out there then post and let me know.
    thanks so much

oh also i checked out that website given above, and its amaizing, no doubt, but im kinda holding out on an aligator that someone wants to get rid of, that way i feel like im actually helping out someone while obtainign a pet, you know kinda like geting a kitten from a shelter instead of from a pet store, it may take longer but i feel better about it lol

I think that's a great idea. I know there are plenty of unwanted gators out there..

check out the crocodilian section here:

    http://market.kingsnake.com/index.php?index.html

That is the classified section of Kingsnake.com. They have several ads for large gators/crocs there. Good luck.
