    Can snakes catch colds

Ranco or Johnson thermostats? Here is the reason I just found a place to get them for approx $46...... Of course i'm going to tell you where!!!!

Here is how you find them Go to www.controlsdepot.com
Under "Order Online", click on "Price and Availability".
In the box next to "search", enter ETC-111000, then hit "Go".

Below the Ranco there is a "Substitute Items" section thats where the Johnson is.

    So which is better??

Why wont my ball python eat?

both will work about the same. the johnson one has a few more options and a little more technical on setup (not too hard). both will work fine. if you're on the techy side go with the johnsons, if you like it super simple go with the rancos.

Oh and make sure you have the following
    1) 12 gauge wire nuts (yellow ones)
    2) powerstrip (no surge)
    3) Medium duty power cord (at least 12ga)
    4) 3/8" Clamp Connector ( I prefer HALEX but whatever you can get will work)
    5) small, small, small flat screwdriver to attach the probe... (like to work on glasses)
