    A more traditional venetian mask

So I was approached by a friend to create a leather mask for her venetian style ball this weekend. After a considerable amount of time I had finished it and the picture I took was just gorgeous! A stunner in my eye.

The music notation on the mask is an excerpt from 'Masquerade' by Andrew Lloyd Webber for The Phantom of the Opera.

    Very nice, well done!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Oh my those colors are gorgeous
    This is really beautiful.
The craftmanship that went into this is noticeable, and i do enjoy me some PotO references.

Re: A more traditional venetian mask

Thank you very much! The really fun and satisfying part of this project was the look on my friends face when I presented the finished mask to her. She was super duper excited to have it in her hands.

It completely made my day that you used Masquerade as the music for the mask. It's a stunning mask and I wish I had it in my collection.
