Messy rats need idea's on clean up.
OK i haven't gotten in my gravity system yet, so i have my rack using just standard small animal water bottles with the metal tube and the double barring system that most pet shops sell. however as does happen at times one of the bottles leaked and i didn't catch it in time, thankfully the tubs i got vs the amount of water didn't allow the water to over power the rats in there (1x mom and 8x 2 week olds). We got them into a critter keeper and dumped out the old wet bedding and used a different tub (that was dry) and put fresh bedding in and gave her and them time to dry off then put them back into the rack with fresh water from a bottle with no issues on it leaking. however each of them is covered in pine resin. And i need to use some to feed my snakes in the next few days. their fur is hard and i don't want to risk the effects of any residue hurting my snakes, or the rats for that matter as they were my first ever litter. they are now at 3 weeks old (one day shy) so would it be horrible to warm up some water and bathe them, and if so is there any safe to use products that might help remove the resin from their fur?
thank you for any help that you can offer in this situation i've only been keeping snakes for 11 weeks and rats for the same amount of time and don't really know enough about them to be comfortable just going and doing stuff with out asking for advise yet.

further information, the bedding they had was aspen pine, however i am now using just pine as tractor supply has a huge bag for 1/3rd of the cost of a 1/2 of aspen size bag where i was buying the aspen, my snakes are on repti chip.

If you leave them alone, they should clean themselves up just fine.

Rats are quite good at cleaning themselves up. I've even marked them with a sharpie(on the ear and tail) and it was gone overnight.
