Awww what a pretty color he is! They are so great for cheering you up. I've just got one ferret now, Hannibal who was found as a stray, rehomed then dumped again after he killed a parrot so my vet called and asked if we'd take him. Not sure how old he is, we've only had him three years but he's showing his age in typical ferret form and falling apart. Insulinoma and mast cell tumors but figure he'll be around another year or so probably. We've had eight other ferrets over the past 12 years but they've all passed and probably not going to get anymore, love them but the short lifespan and health issues is a huge turnoff. I've spent a small fortune on them over the years haha.

    Re: Ferret's

He's great when I'm upset, know's just how to cheer me up. They make such good pet's but it's true they do have a lot of health issues. I had a scare a little while ago when his fur started to fall out. He cost me a bit at the vet but he seems to be doing a lot better now. But I'll still be keeping an eye on him and hoping he wont get sick. I wish that they would last forever and have no issues, they are just such little characters haha

    Re: Ferret's

Moogle is a very pretty boy!

I believe my ferret, Misty, is a runt. I've had her for about a year and a half now and she has never been aggressive in any way towards me. She is very hyper, but affectionate!

    Ferrets are sweeties. <3

    Re: Ferret's

These were taken this past fall on a beautiful New England afternoon in October. I was raking the yard while Baloo was outside in his harness. Decided to snap some photos and it turned into all four ferrets getting some outside time and a photo shoot in the leaves...
