Questions about Milksnake temperment and behavior

Well, I purchased a juvenile Sinaloan Milksnake at the IRBA show this past Saturday and I have some questions about this kind of snakes temperment. I have seen that it is rather whippy and high strung and it WILL musk and BITE... :shock: (See my posting in the off topic chat ) this is a very beautiful snake but I am wondering if this is going to predominatly be a display snake as she is not very handleable. Is there any possibility of her settling down as she matures or will she always be rather high strung and a potential biter? I would appreciate any input on this from all you guys and gals out there.....

They can certainly be tamed. Be patient.. and persistant! Short, daily handling sessions are good. She/he will learn to trust you in time.

I held a baby sinaloan the other day, and it was actually quite mellow.. the pueblan milk, however, was bezerk! No musking or biting though..
