My chameleon just died today. Yesterday was my ball python.. can't I keep anything alive?

I examined the chameleon very closely. I saw no mites, though I honestly don't know what to look for.

He did so good for so long.. I don't know what happened.

I could have gotten him to the vet tomorrow..

I think that so much of her skin was missing from the blisters, she was so susceptible to any kind of germs, that she just couldn't hang on.

She got the blisters because she always went to the bathroom in her water dish, and it tipped over when she came out one time, her 'stuff' came out with her, and she sat in it for too long. It wasn't more than a day, but that was enough.

Oh Shelby, that is such a downer.

I'm really rooting for your sand boa and for the rest of your guys to stay healthy.

I think you need one of these

    Thanks Schlyne.

I think Georgie is going to be fine. I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow. He hasn't shown any signs of RI today, but I'm going to make sure he's ok.

I am so sorry. One sick animal at a time is hard enough, but you had to worry about your entire collection. Good luck on Georgie.

Thats so sad. Let me ask you do you have pest control that comes to your house ? I have lost 3 fish and 2 geckos because they spray up high and soem of it falls down into the cage. And that stuff is bad news it only took like 1 week for the to pass.

No, no pest control. I would know to remove my animals from the room if they were going to do that. I'm really hoping this is just a terrible coincidence and not an environmental thing. I'm thinking it isn't since my other sandboa and my cali king are fine. Plus my toad and my salamander.. and the tarantula and the scorp. Let's hope so..

Less than a week and I have two more snakes coming (have been planning this for months as a Christmas present for my mom) and one of the snakes is for me.
