    Eating Question 2

    well i just went to the petstore and instead if gettin the 2 usual feeder mice(kill one and feeed it, save the other one for next feeding) i decided to het 4 and i was just noticing the sex of the mice and it looks to me like i have 2 females and one male(alive, the other one was a fed to mrs snakey) and i just wanted to know before they start breedin w/out me knowin it how can u tell if a mouse is a male or female?

    it's pretty difficult sometimes, huh?? when they're babies it's really hard to tell... i took 2 pictures of my mice for an example.

    with females, you can usually see a little hole a few centimeters under their butthole, which is right underneath their tale.

    with males, there is no hole under their butthole and they have a little flap of skin about an inch from their butt.

    oh kay thanx! i guess i have 2 males and one female<i hope they dont breed.... cuz i only have one snake and shes almost outgrown mice, but i guess i can try gettin some rats and breedin them so my snake wont out grow them no matter what!
