Uro has sand stuck to tail

I think she dragged her tail through the butternut squash baby food and then through the sand. What is the best way to get the concrete off her tail now?

I would try just soaking the tail a bit, but i'm not to sure about bathing procedures of uro's, or they have the habit of "losing" their tails like some lizards, because if thats the case, then i'd possibly just advise against trying to get it off, cause it shouldn't cause the animal any harm (to my limited knowledge at least)

Generally Uro's dont need to be housed with a water dish, they're greatly adapted to arid regions of the earth and attain all of their water needs from the greens that they eat, some caresheets will reccomend misting the food before offering it, but it really doesn't matter as long as the food being offered is clean and not from dehydrated plants.

a warm bath would most likely be the best way to get it off, but you ahve to be extremely carefull about drying the dail completely! If any water is left on the tail your uro will get tail rot. I usually make sure mines tails are completely dry by using a blow dryer on them (on the warm setting). Mine also seem to enjoy the warm air being blown onto them.
