I want to make a rack for my cresty,bp,future bci and possible king snake(for my bro). And I want to have around 7 or 8 cages. This is what i was thinking something like this http://tinypic.com/nyo91
What supplies should i get?The ones with the numbers are tanks that would be used for something else. The numbers are the amount of gallons.

check this out http://arbreptiles.com/cages/iris_rack/iris_rack.shtml i built the cage it cost about 250 to build but half of that is the cd-110 tubs. you can modify it to fit whatever tub you want though. also with that disign you have it is going to be difficult to build and heat properly.

well if you want to build it just make a blueprint of what all you want and build it up. It will take some time if you dont know what you are doing but would be more cost effective. You could always pay someone to build it or buy prefabbed ones but both way would cost alot more.

I am going to be building a stack of cages to fit 4 adult burm's in. each cage is going to be 8 feet long around 2-3 feet high and 4 feet wide. biggest problem i am going to run into is heating them and still being able to stack 4 of them on top of each other. I might just have to make 2 differnt stacks each 2 high instead of one that is 4 high. i am not sure yet just making plans for when the burms grow up.

i go the heat tape from beanfarm.com for 3.75 a foot along with the metal connectors for .60 a peice. you would have to look around for a thermostat i would recommend either the reptitemp 500r or the Alife Reptile Electronic Temperature Controller. i have both and they are both good. when you get one make sure it has a probe because the reptitemp 500 doesnt and they are a pain to get set.
