First one could be a recluse. It has the right body shape and I can almost make out a faint violin shape on the cephalothorax. To be honest, anything that even slightly resembles one gets the boot around here - better safe than bit - and that spider is close enough that I wouldn't leave it in the house. I don't recall ever seeing one with so much pattern on the abdomen but would relocate all the same.
Second one looks like a Neoscona type orb weaver - harmless.

okay thank you when i looked up recluse i couldnt find one that looked like that so i had to be sure. i threw him outside so its not in the house anymore.
i thought the 2nd one looked like a orb weaver, i live in the south and they are pretty common. just wanted to be safe lol im pretty bad at ID-ing reguar spiders lol we usually get the black and white jumping spiders in the house but i leave them be cuz they arent a threat and they look so cute lol

Recluses, you don't want. We have brown ones here and that looks close enough to me! Those bites can be suuuper nasty. I am still working on being OK with spiders, so these pics just make me go ugh! Take it away!

Re: spider ID
That first one could be a house spider. They often look like the recluse spider. Their bite isn't pleasant though. All spiders get the boot around here.

Alexiel03, not to worry, the spider in the first pics isn't a recluse but a Tegenaria (also known as Eratigena), and the second spider is an Araneidae.
