Well today my BCI started to burrow under his subtrate on his cool side, scared the crap out of me when I checked the tank this afternoon, no snae in the hot hide, no snake in the cold hide, and no way out of the tank. started sifting around and found him completely burried. Is there a problem or is this jsut how he has decided to hide when he doesnt wish to be seen. hsi temps are right on both ends of the tank. He has never used the hides that he has in the tank. No sign of mites on him if that would play a role in this. he ate yesterday as normal a weening rat. Oh he is about 4 months old.

how's the humidity? Some snakes will do that if it's low - also double check temps to see if he wasn't just tryin' to cool off. Other than that I have no guesses
