    Black Pastel?

I purchased this het pied along with two others. They are originally from outback reptiles (original producer of the panda pied) and the man I bought them from said this one kind of looked like a black pastel to him but he wasn't sure. He said usually black pastels have more blushing but he said it might be a black pastel. What are your opinions?
I'm not getting my hopes up or anything I was just wondering if it looks like a black pastel to any of you or just a dark colored normal.
It is pictured next to one of my normal het pieds. There is no flash in any of the pictures. I apologize for the poor quality pictures.
    Thanks,
    Greg

    Lightbulb

Out of curiosity how do you distinguish a black pastel? I never could really tell the difference except that they're darker.

Pic for comparison. The snake on the left is a black pastel. The snake in the right is a normal.
