    Equate lice spray

Has anyone ever used the Equate lice spray. Which is the wal mart brand in the manner that you use PAM? If so how has it worked for you?

Check the list of ingredients and strength of the active inredients. I personally use repel permethrin clothing and gear spray which appears to be the same formulation as other mite sprays and it works well for me.

I used it years ago for a case of mites from a petstore carpet python. It works very very well. I sprayed it in and around the enclosure(removing snakes, and water bowls and letting it completely air dry, all furniture was thrown out or washed well ) then two weeks later I sprayed everything again. The mites never came back.
Dont spray it inside the house its pretty toxic.I accidentally killed two of my sons bettas from just spraying it lightly in the same room. Also if a fly lands on the sprayed and air dried spot it will die, its that toxic. It didnt seem to hurt the snakes.I did not spray the substrate but used paper towels for the duration of treatment.
    Anyway hope this helps.
In fact I used it for mites on some wc flying geckos( I only sprayed the outside of the quarentine cage) and picked the mites off by hand and they never came back.
