I have rather poor self control, seeing as I went to this show thinking "Albino male, bumblebee female, incubator." Instead I went, saw some calicos, changed my mind. Bought my newest boy, Dexter, plus a probe kit and some frozen adult mice, and I am very pleased. I have wanted a calico since I first saw them, and knew I would be getting one eventually. The pastel in him is a real plus, and I'm so excited to have him even if he did throw off my male/female ratio (I now have 3 breeding males to 4 breeding females plus 2 pet males).
He's in shed right now, and I'm very eager to see how he looks once he comes out of it. (crappy camera quality doesn't do him any justice. He was probably the highest white calico at the show)
I am a sucker for contrast.
