Long story short its stuck on her and just today i noticed its yellow near her tail.. belly rot? i have no idea any help on how to take care of this will be most helpful. here is some pics.. if i can find out how to add them haha

Pictures would definitely help, though I think scale rot is normally red/brownish. Yellow around the tail may mean that your snake's tail didn't shed cleanly.

Is there a good clean easy way to get the belly skin off?

Best method I've come across works 99% of the time is ...

Soak the snake in a secure rub / container for about 30 minutes and then get a wet , rough textured towel and feed the snake through the towel repeatedly .. all shed / dead skin will magically come off ..

That doesn't look like stuck shed to me. It looks like a pink belly going into another shed cycle, or a mild burn.

Are you using an under-tank heating pad, and if so, do you have a thermostat for it?
