    Rescue Dragon

This is Pepper. She was purchased as a male dragon named Stumpy because she is missing both left feet. She was being kept in a 10 gallon tank on crushed walnut with no UVB light.

I see a lot of bearded dragons as adults that are being neglected simply because the owners have no idea how to care for them, so I try to encourage people to adopt or rescue an adult instead of buying a baby. Pepper has an incredible amount of energy after only a few weeks, so I am sure she will continue to do well.
