On the sixth day I finished the cage and saw that it was good. On the 7th day I rested and watched my baby in my creation. It it so cool. I can't wait to get pictures. I think I am going to have to get aonther bulb to heat it with. The temps aren't as high as they should be at all. I got a bulb yesterday at the petstore and it burned out as soon as I turnd it on, very strange. I am going to take it back and get it exchanged., I hope. They should let me right?

What was the brand? I would hate for this to be a recurring problem

I've had a few bulbs burn out in my day too. I have a pretty good relationship with the local stores i frequent(haha, i'm usually there checking things out and buying stuff every other day at a couple of stores). So they've always just let me exchange them

Yeah I have to concur ZooMed bulbs are teh suck. Seems like there's a 50% chance turning them on will blow the filament. It is pervasive enough at least one local pet store will pop them from the box and turn them on and off for you to confirm it's a good one.

huh, that is a good idea. I think it was infact a zoo med bulb. Do I have to use a petstore bulb or can I get one from the human store?
