    I was wondering if my wood will warp from the humidity? Its not really wood though, its that laminate wood looking stuff that is on wooden bookcase.

    Look at the pic. On the bottom do you see the open space? Thats were im putting my snake. Maybe if I were to put plexi glass 1 feet tall around the sides and a piece on the bottom, because thats were most of the humidity is held. What do you think I should do? The space is 50 gallons.

    Moved to the caging forum.

    Is the wood sealed in anyway? You should be able to seal it up with some polyurethane ( sp? ) or even put down a layer of shower surround inside of it.
