Skin on the belly feels real dry

I went to pick up my BP tonight and I've noticed it's belly is a bit dry and flaky the best I can describe it. This is my first BP and I've only had it 3 weeks. It shed 2 weeks ago in one piece. It's eating fine weighs 230g been feeding weaned rat's every week. The temps are 86 on the hot 80 on cool side basking spot is at 91 from uth. And humidity stays between 52-58%. Is this normal for the belly to feel a bit dry. Thanks in advance.

Do you have pics, its hard to say. They should never feel dry, Only sometimes going into blue, or if its been awhile since last shed. But with it so recent that is odd

Re: Skin on the belly feels real dry

I can take some pictures in a little bit but I'm not sure if they will show the dryness it's not like it's falling off just feels like the belly could use some moisture. When I get home from work I'll snap some pics and post It.
