    Ivory Piebalds!

Hey guys, I just had this exciting clutch hatch and wanted to share it with you all. The pairing was a yellow belly piebald male to a yellow belly het pied female. She gave me 6 eggs and I ended up with 0.2 ivory pieds, 0.2 yellow belly pieds, 0.1 yellow belly het pied and 1.0 het pied. I asked the opinion of an expert in yellow bellies and pieds (Justin Kobylka) and he thinks both ivories are piebalds. Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked about this clutch. Let me know what you think!

Crazy! I wonder if you will be able to see the stark Pied white offset against the Ivory after a shed or two?

Wow those are nice. I think I can actually see some yellower spots and whiter spots on the snake in the next to last pic. Pls post updates after they shed!

I think my favorite is actually the YB pied with more color. Some interesting stuff going on in her pattern.

Which one is the YB het pied. Because the normalish one on the left looks just like my het pied which I suspect is a yb

I hope so. WOBP has a picture of an ivory pied and it's definitely subtle, so I don't know. It might be one of those things that is more evident in person than through picture.

Yeah, that pied is beautiful. I love her pattern too. This is my first time hatching pieds, so I'm pretty happy with these.

I can't tell from the top. The yellow belly is very subtle. It might become more obvious once she sheds.

Very nice! Congrats! I too want to see if you can see the contrast between the pied and ivory after they shed and start putting on some size.
