Came home mid-last week to find our lil Pueblan Milk (TR) peeping out of his substrate . . . and not ducking back under as I walked past - knew right then he was not "here". Still I was shocked to see he'd died - his environment has always been stable and healthy and he'd only refused three feedings prior - healthy lil guy I got from P.T. Reptiles so no worries he'd come with morbidity included. Haven't "lost one" since I was a kid - bummer - though I knew it was inevitable that at some point, y'know.
Gonna miss that quick lil bugger - they are singlularly beautiful lil snakes and I'd hoped to have him around waaay past his maturity.

The inevitability of losing . . . .
Man sorry to hear that. At least you made his time with you comfortable. And you will still have a setup when you decide to get something to take his place.

So sorry to hear that
I don't know what I'll do if/when I lose my first snake. I can't imagine.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Not much else to say except that really sucks.

I am SOOO sorry, thats aweful. But I am sure that you took AWESOME care of him while he was with you. I hate when a critter you care about dies, it always sucks, never gets easier even though we get older.
