    For genus: Acanthophis and Naja

    For species: Acanthophis wellsi and Naja samarensis

    I have examples of the genus in my collection but not the species unfortunately.

    I don't keep hots so the ones I like best are just visually appealing to me. I'm sure these would change if I kept venomous but today here are some of my favorites from a few families:

    Dispholidus typus - colubridae
    Crotalus adamanteus - viperidae
    Atheris hispida - viperidae
    Ophiophagus hannah - elapidae
    Helodermatidae (pretty much all of em but if my arm was twisted H. s. cinctum would bear near the top)

    If I ever were to keep venomous I'd almost certainly have an eastern diamondback and gila.

    Gila's, Naja's and Crotalus's are just awesome. Would love a Naja Nivea and a King!

    Well, I've been dreaming a lot about Mambas recently for unknown reasons so maybe them.

    But nah, the list of ones I like just because I think they look cool;
    - Gaboon Viper
    - Yellow-bellied Sea Snake
    - Electric Blue Malaysian Coral Snake
    - European Adder
    - Mangshan Pitviper

    And I think if I ever were to actually consider getting something front fanged venomous, I'd be very inclined to got with a Pigmy Rattler because they're just cute as a button.
