Help my snake may be sick!!!

I am known to be very paranoid, but in all seriousness my snake is basically whistling when he breathes, I bought him about 2 weeks ago and I noticed he likes to keep his head up at an angle a lot, not really "star gazing" but none the less has me worried. If it is just a slight case of ri I can handle it with the vix home treatment, but I am just wondering about the star gazing or whatever. There are no signs of weird body movements or anything like that.

Sounds like RI to me with both symptoms. I prefer to take mine to the vet for that as treating it early is easier on both the snake and my wallet.

    Ya, vet trip for sure.
If it is nothing you won't pay much at all and if it is something catching and treating it now is better for both your snake and your wallet.
It wouldn't hurt to look at how the animal may have contracted it in your care or if it came with it already. A small change on your part can save more work and expense down the road if it happened while in your care and, if it came like this well, quarantine, quarantine, quarantine the herper's equivalent of realtors location, location, location. The single most valuable thing we can do as we acquire new pets.

the only problem I have is that my closet reptile vet is nearly 2 hours away... I would much rather just go to the vet just for my snakes sake but transportation is an issue

    Check with local herp clubs.
Until I spoke with other local herp keepers I had no idea that we had a pretty good herp knowledgeable vet right in town.

I won't be able to get the the vet until Monday, but I am very concerned about the snake, as I house two snakes together both balls of course but my albino, the one we are discussing is tending to sleep with his head up a lot now too, I am concerned about he speed of my treatment, is Monday to far?

You need to separate your snakes, especially if one of them might be ill. The other snake could become sick, plus ball pythons are solitary animals and being housed together can cause some serious stress on the animals. Unless the snake that seems ill is deteriorating quickly, I imagine Monday won't be too long a wait.

When you say the snakes are together, do you mean in the same rack system or in the same enclosure? Because yes, if they're in the same enclosure they need to be separated ASAP. If you mean the same rack then the sick one needs to be moved to a QT enclosure in a different room. I would increase the heat/humidity to boost all of their immune systems as well.
