I went to turn off lights and check water for everyone. Went over to the oscar tank and found a bunch of eggs! I dont know if I will get little fishies or not, but just in case I put some of the eggs in a breeder net.

Cool! I've never been successful at breeding fish. The babies always seem to get eaten  . Good luck!

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.

awesome! the only fish babies i have had are platties and swordtails. they are livebearers and therefore easier, but yeah you do have to watch for the babies and put them into a breeder box or separate tank before the other fish eat them up. yum! i have 2 babies right now that are about to move over into the big tank now that they have grown up. i've never had oscars, but i hope you get some babies!

yeah i had that same experiance a couple of months ago with my blue devil and red devil. The blue devil layed about 200 eggs and only about 50 hatched and about 15 survived. They are on their second batch right not but layed about 300 and only about 40 hatched and i have about 10 that have survived so far.

Well the eggs were no good. They were all white. So I think I may have two females. What kind of oscars do you have?
