I guess my biggest question right now is how many snakes would be safe to ship in one box? I currently have the following that need to be shipped and obviously I don't want to ship each in their own box because that would be super expensive. I'm trying to save money and do what's safest for the snakes:
0.2 juvenile Brazilian rainbow Boas (approx 200 grams ea.)
1.1 juvenile Tangerine Milk snakes (approx 200 grams ea.)
1.1 Sub Adult Blood Pythons (approx 600 grams ea.)
3.3 baby ball pythons (ranging from 80-150 grams ea.)
1.3 juvenile ball pythons (ranging from 250-400 grams ea.)
2.4 sub adult ball pythons (ranging from 600-1000 grams ea.)
0.1 Adult ball python (approx 2500 grams)
That's what I have to ship thus far, luckily my four leos are easy to ship in deli cups and will have their own box. I'm wondering, for the snakes however, what size boxes to use and who to group together. How many can go in a box together, obviously with their own bags and such... I don't know what size box to use. I've seen various sizes on shipping reptile websites and I don't know which ones to get and how many can go in each.
Any advice? I am very new to this. I've had them shipped to me but never shipped them myself. I will be shipping them at the start of June.
