    Re: Feeding refusal from female!

I'll try to answer everyone's questions,
Yes, I'm positive she is a female lol. I've been pairing them up a couple days at a time then a few days off. And it's not breeding her to get her fat, it was putting the male in to stimulate her feeding. Trust me, my vet is a well known breeder too. Her cage is fine, I have her in a rack with the others. Humidity is around 60 on average but I also mist the tub every other day and if I feel like she needs a soak I will. But she always had perfect sheds so I'm not really worried about the humidity. The room stays at 77-78 but they have heat spots. Like I said all my others are doing good and it's just bothering me she isn't eating right now. I do refreeze my rats only once other wise I'd be food poisoning them lol. And my other male usually eats her rats the second time but the little fatty went off for breeding season and the other two are still too small to eat large rats. And for her weight is 1,580 to be exact. I feel she could use more weight since she is a rather long girl. But I heard each girl is different in size, and some are long and thin and short and fat etc. I know her weight is okay for breeding but like the rest of you I want her a little bigger.
Oh and you guys should no...I'm not a he lol. Okay think I got everything lol. Thanks for the help!
