That wouldnt be my first choice as Reptils feces can carry some bad things. Also the back said NON Metallic surfaces. Id use Clorox before that. Most of us use the F10 Vet disinfectant. Kills all, even Parvo. With having 2 children in my home i take no chances and spay f10sc all over the enclosures, hides, tools and anything else associated when i clean. Its safe for the animals too

You have to order it on Amazon or from Reptile Basics and I see some on ebay too. Be carful though as some try to rip you off by charging $30 for the small 100 ml (3.4oz) when that what hou pay for 200ml (6.8oz) consitrate. You only mix 15ML to a gallon of water so $30 bottle of Consintrate lasts years. Don't buy it in premixed spray bottle otherwise you're wasting money. Just use a Clorox and water mix for now until you get F10SC.

    Check online for it.

I personally use chlorhexidine and do the mixture myself, that's only because f10 has shelf life. If f10 didn't have a shelf life I would likely use it.

    EDIT:
Chlorhexidine mixture has a shelf life too, but it's wayy cheaper. Some vets use it as well. I would use that or F10.

F10 gets my vote as well. I use it for my BP and my bearded dragon enclosures. Kills smells, and anything else... Well worth the price in my opinion.

I was mad the other day when I realized the 600ML i bought would be out of date after 2 years until I researched the heck out if it and found that the manufacture says F10 consintrate (not mixed) will last and is used up to 5 years over seas. The Experation is supposedly something to do with the USA FDA & importing... I don't know what or why, it's what i read on several differnet websites. Ive emailed them in South Africa and im waiting for a responce.

Ah. That I wasn't aware of. I think I posted a question on their facebook and with the answer I never even researched into it past that.

I was curious on expiration. Alot of items in US require an FDA approved expiration, which is often way off kilter. Honey is a prime example with no shelf life but a required expiration.
