Re: Rabbits
I used to breed and show Hollands.
If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

I used to have rabbits growing up. They were always outdoor and unaltered rabbits. I'd love to eventually get some rabbits to keep indoors and get them spayed/neutered. I've heard and read that it makes them into much better pets.
1 Husband, 1 Western Hognose Snake (male), 2 ferrets (2 females), 1 male jungle leopard gecko, 4 gerbils (2 females & 2 males), 1 male dwarf rabbit, 3 guinea pigs (1 male, 1 female and 1 female skinny pig), 2 American parakeets, 2 cats (male bobcat hybrid and a male Egyptian Mau mix), and 2 dogs (female Mini Dachshund and a female Alaskan Malamute).

I'm a huge rabbit fan, I've had about 10 house rabbits (fixed, litter-trained, most were free range, etc.) and used to foster them as well . My last one passed away in late 2012 at age 10-12+ (not sure since he was a rescue). Everyone should share pics of their rabbits, they're so cute .

I breed rabbits for feeders, pets, and for our own personal consumption. My sons will also be showing some of our show rabbits next year.

Re: Rabbits
I have two rescue bunnies. They are friendly, but don't like being held. Got so much going on right now I probably won't get more when these go.
Why keep a snake? Why keep any animal? Because you enjoy the animal, find something beautiful and fascinating about it, and it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
