Contest Time!!

It's that time of the month again! Please submit your photos for entry into our Ball Python of the Month (BPOM) and Reptile of the Month (ROTM) contests!

We're going to be revamping the contests a bit over the next month or two. This month, we're adding a new rank for the winners, so that everyone will know you're a winner! Next month, we'll add a small signature banner that will link to your winning picture and brief profile. And as soon as we get some advertising revenue, we'll add some special awards as well!! (Such as gift certificates for some online retailers!)

With these new additions, we'll also be revamping the rules a bit to make things as fair as possible for all our loyal members. Here's a recap of the basic rules, with just a couple of new things to note this month:

-- You may enter both contests in the same month
-- You may only enter one picture per contest
-- The picture must be one that you've taken and it must be an animal that belongs to you.
-- Only ball pythons can be in the picture for BPOM.
-- ROTM entries can be any reptile or herp other than ball pythons. (Note that we are now allowing amphibs in this category!)

NEW RULES:
-- If you won either of last month's contests, you may not enter either of them this month.
-- Admin Council reserves the right to remove any photo deemed inappropriate for our forums (not family-friendly).

You may post your pictures here, or e-mail them to me at meriweather_bg@yahoo.com, or send me a PM with the url of your picture. If you've already sent an early entry to Godfather, please re-submit it because I don't know what he may have done with them.
