    Stories like this make me mad. Escaped giants, and the miss-handling of hots shine a negative light on our hobby as a whole. In my opinion, they help to breed a public sense of fear and panic about all snakes. Just my $.02

    What lik3n said..only for me add on "and I could handle one of those giants"...:shock:

    That poor thing. What a waste of such a beautiful creature. That's why I dislike the sales of giant snakes being sold in pet shops and such. If you really want a burm, anaconda, retic, etc, and you're serious about it, then find a breeder. People shouldn't be able to walk into a pet shop, and snatch up these little babies, not realizing the monsters they'll grow up to be.

    and one lst thing i think you shoul;d need a lincens or however you spell t to own a snake over 10 foot
