I got to hold an adult ATB yesterday. It was cool but I was a little nervous. (They have big teeth and are nippy)
    I love those things....

My poor wife got tagged by our BCI right on her nose... glad our BCI was only one year old!

today at the pet store he got a new shipment of snakes and there were the tinest corns ive ever seen. After holding my faveorites (the burms balls, and bci's) i decided to try and hold one of the babies and i guess he didnt like me too much becuase he bit me, i didnt feel it but it was kinda surprising, you dont expect such a tiny cute thing to just lash out and bite you. He had an attitude problem

One of the little African House Snakes bit the breeder yesterday as he was checking the sex of them. Another of those "tiny little cute things" that bites and you can't really feel it.

One of the warnings on the care page for them said to make sure NOT to stick one's hand in the enclosure after the snake has gotten a whiff of food smell, as they'll strike at anything that moves then. Aggressive feeders are great for feeding time, but not if your hand gets in the way when they THINK it's feeding time.
We do not quit playing because we grow old; we grow old because we quit playing.
