    another heating question . . .

Hi. I'm thinking about getting a snake... Which snake do you think I should get? Corn Snake or a Ribbon/Garter Snake? I am a beginner handler and whichever one would be best.

I would probably go with a nice captive bred corn. The diet requirements for a Garter or Ribbon varies so much that i wouldnt want to try it. I know some people that have had problems with Garter snakes and an all rodent diet, if they can even get them to eat rodents.

Ball Pythons dont get that much bigger than corn snakes . A corn snake is a great snake to start out with, esp if you can get a nice captive bred one.
