    Woma Hypos

I love these little Purple guys! I produced these from a Woma Hypo (produced by Jim Stelpflug) to a Het Butterscotch Hypo (Richard Fisher Line).

gorgeous. The thing I like about woma's is that when they are in combination with color genes it really helps them stand out. Very nice!

No the ones pictured are Woma Hypomelanistics...

This is a Ghost...It's a Double Recessive Combo of Hypomelanistic and VPI Axanthic

This is a Hypomelanistic (Hypo)...It's is a Single Recessive gene...

Unfortunately Kevin at NERD tagged Hypos with the nickname Ghost and it stuck...Not sure why because the term Ghost was already being used as the Name for Hypo x Axanthic/Anerythristic combos in other species...

Ah, I'm tracking now. Since I'm still pretty new to BPs I didn't know the history of that term and was thinking of ghost and hypo as interchangable and axanthic hypo as 'True Ghost.'

Also I blame you for my impending hypo butter acquisition in pursuit of that exact combo. I saw the mojave axanthic hypo one on your site (under collection) and it tipped the scales away from lightning pieds.

Yeah I am bucking the system and dropping the True part...Not sure why so many people still insist on calling Hypos Ghost...It's like calling Albinos Snows, no one would do that!!!

I am happy to take the blame! lol
