I mean, I could get up on a soapbox and talk about how those movies portray snakes as evil and whatnot. But I mean, its just for entertainment and some people like that. I didn't like the first one too much (only could stand about 30 mins of it on HBO) so I probably won't see the next one.

OMG, I haven't seen a preview for it yet so up till now was oblivious. It's a sequel to the first one? Must have been a huge sale on film! LMAO, that film was sooooooo bad the only way I tolerated it was to get totally goobered on scotch! Now don't get me wrong, friends and neighbors....I love a good cheesy flick. They are the spawn of so many drinking games, but Anaconda 2? *gets out shot glasses* oh boy.........

hahah yeah the movies arent great and they dont portray anacondas in a good way but i think ill go see it, just for the laughs

im pretty sure they are mechanical i saw a documentry on how they made the movie and they used a few real ones in that one scene with all the babies, those are real but the giant ones are fake.

It was done with mechanical models and CG.

Heres some information about this moronic movie -

This sequel to 1997's Anaconda features a scientific expedition that is sent to the jungles of Borneo to search for a rare orchid by a powerful pharmaceutical company that hopes the orchid can be used to unlock the secrets of youth and immortality. What they discover is that the orchid is already being used by a powerful group... a swarm of giant snakes that derive their super strength, size and vitality from the flowers, and extremely large snakes are also extremely hungry snakes...

I wouldn't spend the $7.50 to see it, I wouldn't even spend $1 to see it, but if it were on HBO or something I may watch a few minutes, but don't think I could sit through the whole thing.

The only way that I would watch it is if I was kidnapped, my face glued to the inside of the windshield (drive in theater of course)and my eyelids taped open. Nah, dont think Im gonna watch it. lol
The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is....

....Tattooed people don't care if you're not tattooed.
