.
Some of you may remember me asking last week if Homer's ill temperment was due to his impending shed. Well, Saturday i noticed his eyes were back to normal and there was a perfect little shed in there, but he was still going nuts. I made a vet appointment for this comming Wednesday, just as a precautionary measure. I came home from work tonite and checked on everybody. Sprocket was fine, Andy was fine, Homer wasnt moving. I opened the cage up and instantly knew he had died. He was just a baby, and i already miss him. I dont know what in the world could have killed him.

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss
Life is like a game of poker. You can play each hand to the best of your ability but you are still going to run into a bad beat from time to time. What matters is how you handle it. Do you go on tilt or can you maintain your composure & rebuild your stack?

That's terrible, Carson! I hope whatever killed him isn't contagious. Any chance you could get fecals done on Andy and Sprocket to make sure the girls are ok? Then at least you'd have an idea whether it was something he might have come in with, like parasites, or something that he could have gotten from prey or environment (by way of a tick bite or something).
