How to package dry ice to ship frozen feeders

I'm trying to get to get some help on how to use the dry ice, I've always just picked up my frozen rats. I'm sending them on a 4hr bus ride and yes it's fine to use dry ice with this carrier. Not sure if I just insult the box and stick it in the bottom and lay the bag of rats on top with a layer of foam between or if there's anything else I need to do. Thanks in advance for the help.
