    Want an ATB

Thinking of getting an ATB. I have experience with many other snakes but no tree boas. Just wondering what I should be expecting and a little advice couldn't hurt

The best advice is to take it slow. Amazon's are a lot different than your regular snake. Their attitude alone is pretty crazy some times. Caging is super easy. I use 46qt tubs with uth's and plenty of foliage and branches for the snakes to climb/rest on. Amazons that I've worked with like a triangular spot to rest meaning three points of contact unlike etb's or gtp's like to rest on one perch alone. Amazon's are a lot of fun to work with after you get used to being bit. When they're small it doesn't hurt but if you get tagged by an adult just prepare for a little bit of blood. If you have any other questions just let me know
