With my MBK arriving tomorrow morning sometime, I want to take this opportunity to triple check my temps for her ^_^

All of the MBK caresheets I have read say to have a temp on the hotside somewhere between 88-95 and ambient temps in the low 80's

Right now my Hotside is between 90-93 and my cold side is between 80-83

Just thought I would come on here and ask you guys if this sounds ok. Just trying to get rid of some jitters that are making me question my temps and such. ^_^

Sounds great (I personally go a little lower on the hot end but 90-93 is perfectly fine)

I agree, sounds great. Those are the same temps I have my MBK in. Countdown time!

Somewhere around 20-22 hours to go ^_^

I assume right about now she is on an airplane somewhere between FL and NY lol

I have to go out today and get some frozen fuzzies for her to eat ^_^

Oh, also, should I leave her alone for a couple days to get accustomed to her new home? I know you have to leave your BP alone for about a week, does the same rule apply for all snakes including MBK's? If so I'll just take some pics and put her in her tub without handling too much. I'm sure she is going to be stressed enough after being on an airplane and delivery truck o_O

    Could someone

I gave my BP a week, all my other snakes I'll admit I gave in to temptation after 1 day. But none of mine were shipped - all from reptiles shows. If I were getting one shipped I'd probably give a copule of days minimum to settle in. BP's are a different story......

That is what I figured ^_^

I'll snap some quick pics and then put her in her tub ^_^

Expect pics sometimes tomorrow morning around 10-11am EST
